1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using MWS Pattaya Taxi services (“MWS Taxi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessing our website, mobile application, or booking our transportation services, you (“Customer,” “Passenger,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MWS Pattaya Taxi.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

MWS Taxi provides professional taxi and transportation services throughout Pattaya and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers to/from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports)
  • Local transportation within Pattaya, Jomtien, Naklua, Walking Street, and Beach Road
  • Hotel and accommodation transfers
  • City tours and sightseeing trips
  • Group transportation services

2. SERVICE BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

2.1 Booking Methods

You may book our services through:

  • Third-party booking platforms (where applicable)

2.2 Booking Requirements

To make a reservation, you must provide:

  • Full name of the primary passenger

  • Pickup location and destination
  • Preferred pickup date and time
  • Number of passengers
  • Amount and type of luggage
  • Special requirements (if any)

2.3 Booking Confirmation

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing Structure

  • Inclusions: Highway tolls are included in stated prices
  • Starting Price: Airport transfers start at 1,000 THB including highway tolls

Sedan (3-4 passengers)

  • Comfortable for up to 4 people with luggage
  • Highway fees included
  • Starting from 1,000 THB for airport transfers

Van/Commuter (5-9 passengers)

  • Accommodates 5-9 passengers
  • Space for up to 5 luggage bags
  • Highway fees included
  • Premium pricing for larger groups

3.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash (Thai Baht)
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit cards
  • Mobile payment platforms (where available)
  • Bank transfers (for advance bookings)

3.4 Payment Terms

  • Prepayment: Some bookings may require advance payment

3.5 Additional Charges

4. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Free Cancellation:

  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup time
  • Same-day cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup: 50% charge
  • Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup: Full charge applies

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to appear for pickup without prior cancellation results in full charge
  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes beyond scheduled pickup time
  • Additional waiting time is charged per hour

4.2 Cancellation by MWS Taxi

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of:

  • Severe weather conditions affecting safety
  • Vehicle mechanical issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Customer behavior violations
  • Insufficient advance notice for special requirements

Customer Compensation:

  • Full refund for cancellations initiated by MWS Taxi
  • Assistance in arranging alternative transportation when possible
  • No compensation for consequential damages

4.3 Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to pickup time, location, or destination must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • Price adjustments may apply for route changes
  • Vehicle type changes subject to availability
  • Additional passengers may require vehicle upgrade

5. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

5.1 Required Information

Passengers must provide:

  • Accurate pickup and destination addresses
  • Correct contact information
  • Honest declaration of passenger count and luggage
  • Special needs or requirements in advance

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking in vehicles
  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
  • Loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
  • Damage to vehicle property
  • Harassment of drivers or other passengers
  • Transportation of illegal items or substances
  • Exceeding vehicle capacity limits

5.3 Passenger Safety Requirements

  • Seat belts must be worn by all passengers

  • No standing or moving while vehicle is in motion
  • Follow driver instructions regarding safety procedures
  • Report any safety concerns immediately

5.4 Luggage and Personal Items

  • Passengers responsible for their personal belongings
  • Oversized or excessive luggage must be declared during booking
  • Valuable items should be kept with passenger at all times
  • MWS Taxi not liable for lost or forgotten items
  • Sharp objects or dangerous materials prohibited

6. DRIVER AND VEHICLE STANDARDS

6.1 Driver Qualifications

All MWS Taxi drivers:

  • Hold valid commercial driving licenses
  • Undergo background checks and safety training
  • Speak functional English for international passengers
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior
  • Are trained in customer service standards

6.2 Vehicle Standards

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Passenger accident insurance coverage included
  • Property damage coverage for third parties
  • Customers advised to maintain personal travel insurance

7.4 Time Accuracy

While we strive for punctuality:

  • Pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions
  • We recommend allowing extra time for important appointments
  • Airport transfers include buffer time for potential delays
  • Real-time updates provided when significant delays occur

8. FORCE MAJEURE

MWS Taxi shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Civil unrest or political instability
  • Pandemic or health emergency restrictions
  • Infrastructure failures (road closures, power outages)
  • Labor strikes or transportation disruptions

In such cases, we will:

  • Provide alternative solutions when possible
  • Offer full refunds for cancelled services
  • Reschedule services at no additional cost when feasible

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9.1 Information Collection
