My friend recommended MWS after her great experience last month. Stayed at Baiyoke Hotel during my long stay Pattaya and used MWS Pattaya taxi multiple times. Driver Somchai was always on time and super nice! He picked me up from hotel lobby and knew exactly where to drop me at Terminal 21 - not like other taxis that just dump you anywhere lol.
Car was really clean with amazing AC (thank god because it's so hot!). He even helped carry my shopping bags without asking 😊
Also used them for Jomtien Dongtan Beach trip - driver knew the best parking spot.

Had important meeting in Bangkok with 6 AM flight to Suvarnabhumi from Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Pattaya. Found MWS on TripAdvisor reviews and was stressed about timing but MWS Pattaya taxi was a lifesaver!
Driver called 30 mins before pickup and arrived exactly on time. Clean sedan, smooth 90-minute ride to Suvarnabhumi. Could work on laptop and take calls no problem.
Super professional service - kept quiet when I was working, offered phone charger, stress-free experience. Got to Suvarnabhumi airport with time to spare.

Smooth pickup from Don Mueang Airport to romantic getaway!
Me and my boyfriend booked MWS Pattaya taxi for our anniversary weekend. First they picked us up from Don Mueang Airport - driver was waiting with our name sign and helped with luggage. So professional from the start!
We needed rides from our hotel to romantic dinner at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant in Jomtien and then to Alcazar Show. Driver was so sweet and professional! He even waited outside the restaurant while we had our romantic dinner (we paid extra but totally worth it). Car smelled nice and had soft music playing - perfect mood for our special night.
The best part was when we went to Nong Nooch Garden the next day. Driver took amazing photos of us together and knew all the best photo spots! My boyfriend was so impressed with the service

Safe rides to Art in Paradise and Big Buddha Hill!
As a woman traveling alone in Pattaya, safety was my biggest concern. Found MWS through hotel recommendation and honestly, best decision ever!
Driver Mr. Chai was so respectful and made me feel totally comfortable. He gave me his number for emergencies and always confirmed pickup times via WhatsApp. When I went to Art in Paradise Museum, he waited in the parking lot so I didn't have to worry about getting back. Also took me to Big Buddha Hill for sunset views - absolutely stunning!
Used them for late night return from Walking Streetto my Jomtien hotel. Driver arrived within 10 minutes and I felt completely safe. He even offered to wait until I got inside the hotel lobby.

Found MWS on Google - best choice for family trips!
Googled "Pattaya taxi family friendly" and found several options, but MWS had the best reviews so we decided to try them. Traveled to Pattaya with my wife and 2 kids (ages 6 and 9) - best decision ever!
They sent a spacious van instead of regular car - plenty of room for luggage, stroller, and kids' stuff. Driver Mr. Preecha was fantastic with children, even had coloring books and small toys ready!
Went to Pattaya Floating Market, Sanctuary of Truth, and Jomtien Beach. Driver waited patiently while kids played and took family photos at every stop. When my youngest got car sick on the way to Mini Siam, driver immediately stopped and had tissues ready.
Now I understand why MWS had such good Google reviews! Such thoughtful service for families. Kids are already asking when we can use MWS taxi again!
